BA4000 Portable Boring Machine
BA4000 portable boring machine is a modular equipment, specially designed for onsite applications, its main advantage is the precision and flexibility in adapting different working conditions. It is hydraulically driven, with stationary central tube. It has a working ID range from 500mm up to 1250 mm with working stroke up to 3200mm by means of a rack and pinion drive mechanisim. Designed and manufactured for heavy duty applications such as engine blocks, gearboxes, presses and turbines.
It is easy to handle and install onto the workpiece, the modular extensions allows to mount the machine on different working diamters.
The radial alignment can be done by adjusting the clamping jaws.
It is an efficient tool with a reliable results allowing to meet the most precise tolerances requested by the client.
